Dr. Frank J. Kinslow has been a chiropractic physician and a teacher for the Deaf. He is a Doctor of Clinical Spiritual Counseling and developer of the Quantum Entrainment® (QE™) process, a scientific procedure that promotes rapid healing. He is the author of The Secret of Instant Healing, Beyond Happiness, The Secret of Quantum Living, Eufeeling! and The Kinslow System.

As the only teacher of Quantum Entrainment® Dr. Kinslow lectures and teaches extensively both in the States and overseas. Dr. Kinslow continues to hold workshops in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland and Japan. The workshops are expanding to other countries every year. The effectiveness of QE is spreading rapidly throughout the world. As a result, more and more people are enjoying healthier and more enriched life.
